Chef Dave Gross has spent over a decade refining his craft in some of the most celebrated kitchens across the country. From the intimate dining rooms of Seattle’s Copine to the vibrant culinary scene of Oak on Fourteenth in Boulder and the luxury of the Four Seasons in Vail at Flame, Dave has built a diverse and impressive career. Now based in Napa Valley as the Chef de Partie at Joseph Phelps Vineyard in St. Helena, Dave combines his extensive experience with his love for creating unforgettable dining experiences.
